ADU for you?

If you need extra space for family members or extra rental income, an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) could be an option. But where do you start?

ADU Marin is a partnership between ten cities and the County of Marin to inform residents about ADUs and assist them with the design, building, and planning process. At their website, you can download workbooks, view floorpans for inspiration, and much more.

The site also includes these important resources to determine if your city allows ADUs to build and a calculator to see if you can afford it.

We can help finance your ADU

Our Home Equity Line of Credit might be the perfect way to finance your new ADU. With a competitive rate and easy access to your funds, a HELOC is the key.

Marin County Federal Credit Union is not affiliated with, nor a sponsor of ADU Marin. Information and links are provided for reference only.
