Meet Rosco, a handsome six-and-a-half-year-old mix who brings a wonderful blend of sensitivity and social charm to the table. While his paperwork says Husky and Beagle, his physical appearance and focused body language give us strong Cattle Dog vibes. Rosco is a dog with a polite sense of personal space, meaning he likes to take things slow and get to know you before diving into heavy handling or close-up affection. He is a master of the slow burn, but once you respect his initial bubble, it does not take long at all before he warmly welcomes you into his inner circle.

When it comes to his fellow canines, Rosco is an absolute gem. He has shown himself to be incredibly respectful, gracefully taking direction from a bold little Chihuahua and playing beautifully with dogs his own size. Because he appreciates a polite introduction and prefers not to be handled by strangers right away, Rosco’s ideal home is an adult-only household or one with mature teenagers who can understand and respect his boundaries.
